  • To confirm orders outside our standard delivery zone, customers are required to pay the delivery charge in advance.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We strive to deliver products within 48-72 hours inside Dhaka and 3-5 business days outside Dhaka.

  • Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, political situations, or courier issues.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Customers are requested to check the product thoroughly in front of the delivery agent.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify our customer support immediately while the delivery agent is present.

  • Returns requested after the delivery agent leaves will be subject to our Return & Return Policy.
